Ph.D. candidate Rachel Coleman will defend her dissertation Matter as an Image of the Good: Ferdinand Ulrich’s Metaphysics of Creation on Friday, April 5 at 3:30 p.m. in Room 214. Her dissertation board includes David C. Schindler (director), Michael Hanby, and Fr. Antonio Lopez, from the Institute faculty, and William Desmond, Professor of Philosophy at Katholiecke Universiteit Leuven, Institute of Philosophy.
