Looking for someone to replace me in my house, available January 10th 2024! It’s a great house, very cozy and homey. It’s in the Brookland neighborhood, about a 7min drive to the CUA campus and a 17min walk, and we’re also a 5min walk to the Franciscan Monastery! It’s a cute neighborhood with lots of families. I have 3 roommates, all Catholic women who are in grad programs, two of them at CUA. I pay $685 for rent plus utilities. Please feel free to reach out for pictures of the room and the house!
