City on a Hill serves the Kansas City metro area young adult community with the support of both Bishop Johnston (Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph) and Archbishop Naumann (Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas).

City on a Hill Core Values:

The Director of City on a Hill Kansas City serves in a unique position that:

● Reports to the City on a Hill Board – the Board of Directors provides strategic direction and governance for the community, setting the ends for assessment.
● Leads the City on a Hill Staff – the staff provides administrative support for the community, serving as liaison between the Core team (a group of volunteer leaders) and the Board, overseeing the communication of ends with the Core team and the measurement of outcomes.
● Supports the Core Team – the Core Team provides the means by which to achieve the outcomes supporting the strategic ends.
